At Second First Studio, each piece is intentionally sourced, curated, or reimagined. Due to the nature of vintage and one-of-one garments, we maintain a limited return policy.

All Sales Are Final (with exceptions below)

• Vintage Items:All vintage pieces are final sale. These items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be restocked

• Reworked/Upcycled Pieces:All reworked, altered, or upcycled garments are final sale and not eleigible for return or exchange.

• Store Credit (Limited Cases Only):Select items may be eligible for store credit only if:
  • The item is returned with 3 days of delivery
  • The item is unworn, unaltered,  and in original condition
  • Apporval is granted by Second First Studio prior to return

• We do not offer refunds to original payment methods
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

All items are vintage or pre-loved unless stated otherwise. Minor signs of wear, aging, or character are expected and part of the garment's story.

We do our best to disclose any major flaws in product descriptions.
